Canadian Olympian Belinda Trussell Chosen as CET Flag Bearer for Opening Ceremonies at Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games 2014

Normandy, FRA, August 22, 2014 — Canadian Olympian Belinda Trussell of Stouffville, ON has been chosen as the flag bearer for the Canadian Equestrian Team (CET) at the Opening Ceremonies for the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games 2014, which are being held in Normandy, FRA, from August 23 to September 7.

Ottawa, ON Aug 19, 2014 -- Upon evaluation of the successful inaugural Trail Riding and Tourism program pilot held in eastern Canada this summer, Equine Canada is temporarily postponing the second event to integrate insights gained by conducting the first pilot and will re-launch the program in western Canada shortly.
